Can't face facts, huh. Look, I lived across the water and dog is a fairly common meat in restaurants, not as common as Vietnam though. There are speciality restuarants in Japan - they probably value it like Puffer fish. Not every Japanese eats them, that I will accept, but 5 tonnes is no small quantity.
I have stated that the story of rescuing animals is a nice one; however IMO the human one is more important one (and that has been overshadowed by the nuclear story). What is wrong in making that point? I believe there is a misbalance, especially in light of the other more important news about two survivors coming to light.
It is my opinion and when I last looked, I am able to post on any thread as a freedom of speech (allowing for the Ed!); well I thought it was that way unless Mme Qadaffi has taken over on this particular thread.
