A friend, had sex with her partner last weekend......unprotected. (friday) took her period yesterday...thats too soon to be safe isnt it?... I thought it was...cos she had the morning after pill few weeks ago and this is her first period from that ....xx
a light period could be implantation bleeding. So she had unprotected sex only few weeks after taking morning after? I hope you've given her a telling off or adviced she sort her contraception out
ummm, wasn't it you absolutely insisting to me the other day that every woman ovulates 14 days before her period starts? Therefore tinkerbell's friend is not pregnant
Sqad, that happened to my closest friend - she had no idea she was pregnant as she thought she was going through the menopause. The first she became aware of it was when the contractions started at almost 6 months - she was on at the time. Sadly, the baby who was born at home did not survive.
I hope she's learning lessons here.. a morning after pill just a few weeks ago, and she's already having unprotected sex again. very foolish behaviour.
I wouldn't call it 'absolutely insisting' as a standard rule it takes 14 days from ovulation to the period. That's why women with a 28 day cycle are advised that day 14 is the most fertile.
OK so here's the jugmental post - if she had to have the morning after pill a few weeks ago why is she haing unprotected sex again or is she now trying to get pregnant?
