would you go to A&E with an injured foot or pay to go privately?

I would go private if i had the money, i went to the maternity ward yesterday as my waters were leaking and waited 3 bloody hours, before i said i was leaving. I had enough, and no communication from staff to say how long the wait would be, or if i was ok. rubbish care. Well, while i was leaving the doc came and saw me, which was convenient...but i still don't...

if i'd payed my taxes A&E
Is there a private alternative to A&E at all?
privately, to ensure I got the best treatment and closeted.
Even if you went privately you would still be in A&E but jump the queue
No private of A&E. What point are you trying to make?

If I made my millions by ripping off the NHS, I would definitely go to A&E.
NHS charge private patients for A&E treatment.
Which one could patch me quickest would be a consideration.
If my foot was seriously injured with broken bones, nerve damage, etc. I'd go to A&E. I don't believe there to be many private hospitals geared up for emergency treatment in the same way an NHS hospital is.

If however I had a minor injury that required some physio I'd go private, for my convenience as much as anything.
Tambo. I'd really like to see some evidence of that.
In the first instance, I would go to A&E - I have paid my huge taxes on my huge salary, to justify my being an NHS patient. If I needed further treatment, I'd go privately, if only to get the best specialists in a short space of time.
are there any private A&E units.

I would have this baby at home if i was allowed and medically fit to do this. After last night, i am more anxious and stressed about the birth, that is their doing!! sorry..rant ova.
If you have medical insurance entitling you to private treatment, you certainly get a different level of treatment in A&E, as witnessed by my friend who was rushed in with pancreatitis. As soon as he said he could pay, he was whisked to a different area.
oh, so it appears there aren't private A&E's? Makes the question kinda moot then dunnit? LOL

Anyhoo, if there was, I would- that way you don't have to mix with the peasants.
Where was that boxtops?
Moot means open to discussion. And that's where were doing.
Bristol.
