I love soup and having it most nights at the moment.

What is your favourite? Not sure I could decide! I'm currently loving Morrocan Chicken soup on offer at Tesco, Morrisons Chicken and Sweetcorn (with added dark soy sauce) and an old favourite, chicken noodle simmer soup, then there is Heinz chicken and Heinz tomato...I may have a bit of a soup obsession...

M&S do a super green soup - pea, leek, cabbage, every green veg going. Very tasty and good for you. Gives be terrific flatulence, but I don't mind that!!

Heinz tomato? Yuck! Too sweet.
Without doubt...Roasted garlic and pea soup.....check out Nigel Slater's recipe. A little bit time-consuming in preparation, but well worth it.

Also a Nigella Lawson chilled version with parmesan.

Delia Smith's Roasted Tomato Soup....takes a while to prepare...you will never want another tomato soup!

My leek and watercress soup has has great compliments.

A huge home-made Minestrone, with whatever vegetables are available, this is a meal in itself, with some crusty fresh bread, be sure to add some white wine, and a tin of drained cannelini beans. Enjoy!
