Making Your Own Jellies

I fancy having a go at making some wild and wonderful jelly....both alcoholic and non alcoholic.

Got any suggestions ?

Take an ordinary jelly, as seen in Tesco, etc. Replace some of the water with the same amount of vodka or gin, but keep the total amount of liquid as recommended in the instructions on the packet.
