3 of them, lightly boiled then de-shelled into a cup with a knob of butter, a little salt and pepper. All ready to dip in the soldiers...do you reckon its a little late for me to make some now???
eggs are nice no matter how you have them. i like to have a fried egg though it has to be fried in bacon fat and served with tomatoes from a tin. lovely
scrambled!!!!
in butter, with a nice sprinkling of salt, pepper, and paprika for me. I love poached as well, also in butter - not water.
and i love boiled with soldiers - mite have to have that for brekkie tomorrow, as i can't remember having it since i was about 10!!!!
i can't stand fried eggs though!
looks like I've been volunteered to do brekkie for all, let me have your order and what time you want it. Hope there's no veggies, not sure how to do Quorn bacon!!
Any way, as long as they are well cooked I hate a runny yolk. For some reason the texture reminds me of the feeling of my gum when I had a tooth out as a child!!!
Free range organic, beaten up well then with bread dipped in and fried in a little olive oil (french toast ?), served up with a little bowl of soya sauce for dunking into. Yummy.
scrambled with a little salt and pepper, on hot buttered wholemean toast, and a coupel of rashers of well cooked bacon on top. Ok, now my mouth's watering at the thought. Off to make some brunch.
