I thought the episodes tonight were once more absolutely gripping. Saga's character continues to amaze me, it's so well written I wonder what Martin will find out about her sister's apparent suicide.
Brilliant!
I watched it for the very first time last night,so am still a bit confused about the story. As for Saga...an interesting character- she shows little emotion, and does not seem to have empathy,or to understand others emotions. Does she have mild asperger syndrome?
Pasta - it has been suggested that Saga does have something like aspergers but I have read that the writers have tried not to make her condition 'specific'. It would help you to read up about the story as it is quite complicated (quite? VERY!).
Brilliant acting and very compelling viewing.
It's a fabulous programme - we are really gripped by it. Every episode brings another twist. We loved Saga's reaction to her boyfriend's mother last night! - and then when she showed a bit of emotion to Martin about his son, by the waterside. She is an extraordinary character - well described as being robot-like!
Thought the scene with Saga and Martin with the 'Bridge' in the background was one of the most moving I've seen for ages-the series is totally gripping.
