I am not sure which site rule you are claiming was infringed, but I cannot believe that moderators check every link to see whether they contain a swearword. I can only assume it was this one ...

... but I take "obscene" in that context to be e.g. pornographic pictures, text or videos. Not a swearword! The mods are really going to have their work cut out if they have to read every word, every comment, listen to every video, etc etc to make sure that nobody is going to be offended by following a link and reading to the bottom of the page. I really have no idea why you thought the removal of a helpful link answering an innocent question was appropriate.
