Sorry Jemisa, Bessie Braddock was never in the House of Lords. You can find suggestions that he said this to Lady Astor and Emmanuel Shinwell as well as La Braddock et al.
My point was that I believed you were presenting a quote said to be from Churchill or WC Fields without attribution. That's why I included the link to the discussion.
