If i buy a TOM TOM 5 amd a bluetooth GOS receiver to use on my mobile (Nokia N70 on Orange) will I be charged for using the GPS some folk say no because you do not have to make a call, whereas others say yes you do get charged
You don't get charged for using GPS, the phone will talk to the GPS unit via Bluetooth exactly the same as if you were sending pictures to your PC. What you do get charged with with TomTom is for traffic updates etc. which use the phones data capacity (like surfing the web) but since you have to sign up for these you're not suddenly going to get a huge bill.
