Watching various athletes and looking at Denise Lewis, it seems to be the in thing to wear a wig!!
I cannot help wondering as I don't wear a wig, do they take them off at night?? Do they even get washed??? After all they must get sweaty.
First ? Dogs are very popular on AB !

What did you think I meant?
Vera had a wig when she was undergoing chemo, both times, she only put it on when we went out, it got washed regularly and our hairdresser came and styled it for her. She wouldn't take any money either. Bless her.
I do wish hair loss wasn't a side effect of chemo, met up with my sister at the weekend for the first time since she started hers and she's so upset about her hair, she said "I loved my hair" and I just didn't know what to say that didn't sound trite. She knows it's a price she has to pay and life is more precious than her hair, but it's a blow they really don't need.
