Over Zealous Selling

We purchased a fridge freezer from AO for my MIL.
I have since had 14 calls trying to sell us insurance!
I have told them time and time again that we don’t want it!
Wished I bought from Argos now!

I have to say I havnt had a problem with AO but they all seem to be jumping on this sort of thing again.

Just put the phone on the table and let them talk to themselves. They will soon get the message.

I suggest you tell them you have taken out a household all white goods insurance with another provider. Therefore you have no need for a second individual policy.
