My nose needs cauterizing again. I've had it done several times, in and out of the door within 15 minutes.
Doctor has a look, squirts some numbing spray up, lights a taper, sticks it up my nose for a few seconds and off I go.

Thought I'd go private and made enquiries. Yes, I do realise I'm paying for the knowledge, experience and expertise

It's a closed shop. They sting you cos there's nowhere cheaper unless you're prepared to go abroad.

I remember when barbers used to singe customers nostril and ear hair, no numbing spray used, and a haircut thrown in, all for about a half crown. Nowhere near £250 !
