I assume, Jno, that the drone which was towing it was under the control of an assistant to the jumper.  So the drone, complete with the wakeboard, would have had a controlled landing.

Well, you know, I'd jump at the chance to do that, but here in West Yorkshire there aren't that many 900 foot buildings. I'm very disappointed!
