So well then were they a big scam or what? When I was in China they are dirt cheap and they just use them in there tea and when I asked people there and they are worthless with no benifit to eat apart from in the tea
I've tried them and from a taste point of view found them considerably underwhelming, and pretty expensive too! I'd rather eat a handful of sultanas in my porridge. I don't know whether they have any specific vitamins or minerals that other dried fruits don't have - Googling "benefits of Goji berries" might throw up some answers. The food industry are always looking for new popular foods. . I remember it used to be avocado pears and then kiwi fruit.
