It's a joke, I wonder what it cost.

In a park near me are two parallel tracks, cycle and pedestrian. At intervals, in the middle of nowhere, some jobsworth has painted a zebra crossing over the cycle path !!!! Honestly. The cycle track is all of 5 ft wide.
