These people come and go, and always have. They arrive in a flurry of controversy and 'humour', get bored, and go away and bother someone else. It's the way of contribution sites like this - my philosophy has always been to ignore them - they don't stay too long.
Yes you're spot on Andy. There are some daft posters out there but not nearly as bad as he was. I thought perhaps he'd got as job to occupy his time a little more productively!

as Andy said "they come and go", but one always sticks in my mind from old cb, deesel he was sometimes very funny and had more class (imo) than the rest all putt together. some one once described him as a "modern day Wordsworth"
Yes I knew where he was going with his posts and didn't take him seriously. It was just a bit much with over-saturation and hijacking posts outside of Chatterbank where people were asking legitimate questions. As Andy says it seems the editors have cracked down on this sort of thing, it only just dawned on me today that there's a lot less of that sort of crap going on in AB these days. Not that I mind a laugh, though!
