No, nobody could. All very sad. I can still remember the day in 1989, it hardly seems like 20 years.

I agree. The personal stories that came out were heartbreaking. Losing one and some more than one. I don't know how I could have coped with that. It was really good to see some Everton scarves amongst the sea of red Liverpool scarves. And the singing You'll Never Walk Alone was poignant.

agree with all your comments the sooner another enquiry is held and someone brought to justice the better,there was a catalouge of lies about the event told by those in charge and surely that cannot be allowed to continue 20 years later....someone is accountable.....namely the police chief who lied through his back teeth..............
