Workout DVDs seem to be the best option at the mo its easy with the money and family situations alot of us ladies have!
Can you reccomend a good one that really worked quick for you?

I can't be bothered with workout DVDs. I may not have a family but working from 7.30 to 5 each day kind of takes it out on me so I prefer to cut done on food. As Funnygirl says, cut down on carbs and eat more veg. But whatever you do don't overdo it on fruit as it contains carbs/sugars.
Ive done all this! I eat nothing but Veg and fresh food and loads of water etc - i just seem to have put on alot of weight and i just need to shift it cus ive got a wedding in 7 weeks!
