I am the nacho queen.
You lay the dorritos on a plate, cover in grated cheese (i find red leicester best), you can put shredded chicken on too. Then do another layer, the same. I dont use olives but just sprinkle them over the top, with the jalepenos. Put them in the oven gas mk 6 ish for about 8 mins, until melted and bubbly. i put the sour cream, salsa and gaucamole in seperate little bowls and spoon on top as i eat them. I also heat some mild spicy beans and have those too. Lovely
