Civilization is due to be introduced in Kettering later this year...
It would take me longer. I'll just go work it out.
6h 45m or 7 hrs 20 mins depending what time i leave
According to Google they are unable to give directions between York and Kettering so I'll not bother......
Come here instead craft... we have pies...
And let's not start on Corby..!!
im going by train craft ,
I think I'll take up snag's offer of the friggin' pies.....
Does Kettering actually exist? I thought it was amade up place.....a sort of Chavvy Narnia
We used to have a shoe shop in the 60's called Kettering & Leicester.........
It's proper name is Kettrin-me-dook...
It always makes me laugh how they say Kettrin....
I was going to say it's better known as etc but changed mid post
Don't forget the "me-dook" bit
Me dook...
A guy at work says it's "Sticky elf time" when he's about to leave work as Kettrin folk say gooey gnome (gooin' 'ome)
Northampton people are the same....They have certain areas though. I don't come across them much day to day...

What's Corby like now? Does everyone still have a Scottish lilt? Do they still call it 'little Scotland'?
Yup there's a Scots twang still and loads of Scots here too
