I don't think there's a religious aspect to reiki - my in-laws are strict Church of Scotland and wouldn't be seen messing about with any other religion. Although I'm not sure they should be dealing with 'healers' either - does that not fall under 'black arts'? :)

It certainly does Karen. The church in the south of England was very worried about yoga as they thought it was a device of the devil. It didn't do me any bad.
