Inner thighs

Anyone know of any inner thigh exercises that really work, I cycle up hills for 6 miles each day, I do zumba ride my horse and go ballroom dancing. Im'e not fat but not happy with the inner bit's....

My new ' ubnt AIROS 5' Server wont allow Avast to re register although it updates daily

Avast/ Malwarebytes/Superantispyware. ...Is this an overload ?

I have had trouble in the past with AVG and with Spybot and am now running the above....In name they are coping with .....Malware...Spyware.......viruses. Do they conflict ? are they covering the same...

Does the DVD use the same sound card as the CD ?

My CD sound is fine but on DVD I get crackling and bubbly speech. This is the same for WMP,DivX or VLC (the latest one). The transfer mode is RMA in Device 0 and 1. My sound card is C-Media AC97....

Free Anti-virus programme needed

Spy-Bot and AVG have both caused me shutdown problems in the past. I have now,Malwarebytes and Superspyware, not realtime but scan on request and Windows Defender plus the Firewall as I am on XP/SP3....

How can you make a photo in 'Paint' open the same size as in 'photoshop'

Whenever I open a photo in' Paint' it is 4 times the correct size and impossible to work on. I have tried reducing it but the magnifying glass is already normal. I want 'normal' to be normal
