Water bills - based on rateable value

Just received my latest water bill which states that 'a charge for water based on the rateable value of your property'. It then goes on to say that this rateable value was set by the inland revenue...

Soundproofing your home yourself

We are soon to redecorate our living room and I would like to try and soundproof the walls whilst we are at it (horrid neighbours). Does anyone know how to do this, what materials to use etc? thanks

I have found a very large furball in the fields near to where I live could this come from a large wild cat? There have been reported sitings of a panther type sized cat in the area. The fur ball is 12...
