cpu upgrade

hi my friend has an old comp he uses for surfing and you tube.etc it has adequate memory and a radeon 9600 graphics card but the processor is only a pentium3 933mghz but its very slow (windows xp pro)...

£20 driving licence renewal

how many people know this,it's in small print on your licence, it has to be renewed every ten years at a £20 cost + a new passport style photo (more expense) my friends just got his renewal...
