i am shocked beyond belief and he was only 25 it just made me think how precious life is and how we waste so much time on silly worries , it puts it all into perspective .

re varnishing a coffee table

I stripped the top of a coffee table with strippers,sanded it and varnished it with deep mahogany gloss varnish,up to now I have given it four coats and fine sanded in between coats it look beautiful...

paving slabs fading

is there any way of sealing the colour into the slabs? my dad has bought the same slabs as me and they've faded in the sun. i'm desperate to stop mine from doing the same.
