Problems with shutting down

My PC hangs at the "Windows is shutting down" screen and I have to shut it down by holding the power on switch for 6 seconds, EVERY TIME I try to shut down. Any advice or ideas on where to get a patch...

Netscape Navigator

A while back I loaded one of those free Navigator cds they used to give away with magazines, just to see what it was like. I never use Navigator now and wish to uninstall it. Problem is, it installed...

Clearing PC history files

At the end of each web session, I like to clear my 'cookies, and files visited that day, which I can do, using the right-click on 'Properties' from the desk-top, but this fails to clear the 'History'...
