Even though he is a Muslim and might not know better, wouldn't you think that somebody should have advised him regarding the dignity of the office he holds, and how to present himself and behave?
It's a well known and established fact that only white males need to uphold standards.
All other groups get a diversity pass showing a modrin, inclusive attitude.
If you go to see a solicitor, doctor, bank manager, or a rep calls to the house, do you expect them in scruff order?
So when you represent a city?

Not only abuse but threatening abuse. I think the veiled threats to send you back to the dungeon for making a moderate criticism of Islam is quite shocking, even more so when it comes from a mod.
