Morning all...dark a wet here too, really miz.

Sory you're feeling miz too Jude, I know how it feels, I had a pretty long do with them a few years ago. (didn't go to the doc though, I had a word with the nurse who was no help whatsoever) You need to raise your feet up whenever you can.

Neti - I'd have said the same for the first one. How about 'work' for the second...and for the third....ermmmmmm....dunno....'worm'? hahaha...I bet they have worm shows in Devon.

:o)

hmmm, this thread went haywire a few pages back and it showed as having one post less than it actually does. To me it will show 622 after this one when there will be 623. Do you see the wrong amount too?
after yours I saw 622, lets see......
now i am seeing 623, this should be 624....I got an answer pulled last night for telling some rude kid to do his own homework....
Computer game ..game show ....
Morning all..back later .
Well done girls, I shall tell Mr N that I thought of them all!!!
Well the carpets upstairs and down are shampooed and the house smells normal again. Shughy's gas is completely appalling at the moment poor boy and he's still quite tired and sorry for himself. He is eating well though, and trying to steal my lunch!
I wish I could learn how to shampoo carpets, I've had 2 machines and the carpets never looked any different although the water was black.

I went round several boutiques looking for a blue jump (!) suit and found that the blouson type is called "illusion" saw a very nice one but it was a dull light navy colour and nothing spectacular, they say they have more coming into some other shops so will trot in again.
Neti, the secret is simple, you just keep going over the carpet till the water is no longer black....then you see a difference :-) Sadly for me this needs many refills of the machine and much time. What comes out of the machine is literally mud and sand.
mud and sand, that's it exactly woofy, but by then my carpets are sopping wet and there as there only tiles underneath they stay sopping wet!
What a horrible, horrible, wet, cold and miserable day. Went to Norwich to collect the car, went into Asda looking at George clothing and came out with two tops and 5 bras. Came home and had french onion soup because we were cold. Mr LL gone into town to choose specs and have passport photos done. I am trying to keep awake.
Neti, my machine sucks the water back out again, you keep going over the carpet with the machine on suck only, not squirting any more liquid in and it just sucks it up. Carpet ends up very damp but not sopping.
Its grey and mix here. Dogs are snoozing, me too. Tortoise has eaten a big lump of cucumber and a baby lettuce and gone back to sleep, i thin its time for a cup of tea.
We all went to sleep again this afternoon. Happily the gas issue has subsided.
Oh woofy, I wish I could use those damn machines, both mine sucked up the water, but I just gave up as the carpets looked iccky and no cleaner.

Hija has cooked yet another 3 course meal and very nice, potato cakes to start with, then lovley thick pork steaks with delicious baked pots with a cheese and red pepper sauce and green beans, then a thick chocolate cake with butter icing filling, luckily not too chocolatey as I had to eat it. Will be the size of a house soon.

Mr N really appreciates you solving the quiz girls, he's been at it for weeks,
Oight oight all
Oight, oight

xx
I've had a muddle of a day which I won't bore you with . One of those days where nothing goes right and I seem to have been going round in circles achieving nothing because it started off with the drain blocking at the side and overflowing down the side of the house ......again .
It's also been wet and miserable .Looks like a brightish one tomorrow though so off to the market ...hopefully . I'm in dire need of chips and cockles to soothe the savage breast :)
Hope you all are well ...Oight Oight ,sleep toight .
Good morning, what no woofy yet?

Oh shaney aren't overflowing drains dreadful, hope it is now unblocked, I love unblocking drains. When we lived in Truro, we had to get a man in, and he explained how to look for black thin worms as a first sign, then he rodded away and I was fascinated, bit revolted when he pulled out nappies and toys (from someone elses ) Here it's easier, I just pull a brick out of the ground and rod away.

Why can't I be more feminine?
good morning all. Shughy's tum still not quite right so we stayed in again. Did get up at 08.30 so normal service is being resumed.
